SIMPLE ENOUGH FOR EVERY DAY
Search the bundled library or add values from your own package label in the app. Check whether an entry describes raw, cooked or prepared food.
Use your actual weighed quantity. Calories and macros scale from the selected entry’s values per 100 grams.
Log breakfast, lunch, dinner or a snack in the app, then review your daily totals. Set an optional manual target if useful to you.
TRY IT HERE

Values are estimates from the app’s attributed food catalog. Generic recipes vary by ingredients, oil, cooking and serving size. Pick an entry that matches what you ate; this preview does not infer food or weight from a photo.
IN THE MOBILE FOOD DIARY
75 entries include 25 prepared Indian dish estimates. Source and preparation labels help distinguish generic recipes from simple ingredients.
See estimated energy, protein, carbohydrates and fat for each gram-based portion and your daily total.
Enter a food’s package-label values and reuse meals you log often. Update portions or remove an entry when plans change.
Optionally attach a local photo to a meal in the app. You still select the food and grams; no image recognition or calorie estimation from images is offered.
Browse entries by date and view recent logged-calorie history. Any personal calorie target is one you enter, not an automatic diet prescription.
The app’s diary works offline and is included in user-requested backups. Food records and photos are not supplied as advertising parameters.
Food-data and presentation review remains pending before release. The counter is an informational record, not professional nutrition advice.
