BEFORE, DURING AND AFTER
Choose home, gym or both. Build a deterministic plan around your experience, equipment, schedule and movement preferences.
Search by exercise or muscle. Browse instructions, form cues, common mistakes and alternative exercises.
Browse routines, inspect the full plan and start a session. Save a routine to make it your own.
Choose exercises, arrange your session and set up the sets you want to log.
Log weight and reps, see previous results and mark sets complete. Pause or resume your workout.
A clear workout timer, rest countdown, +30 seconds and Skip keep the session moving.
See an exercise’s intended primary muscles and the planned set emphasis in your routine. These are illustrations, not measured activation.
Review completed sessions and recorded milestones. Follow your training over time.
View and edit age, height and body weight, with dated measurement history and metric or imperial units.
Choose a training schedule and optional local notifications. Your device controls notification permission.
Use core tracking offline without an account. Export records or create a password-encrypted backup to a file destination you choose.
KEEP YOUR FOCUS
See previous values, enter reps and weight, and complete each set. Pause and resume when you need to. Use +30 seconds or Skip on the rest timer, then finish the session to save it to history.
Local session recovery helps you return after an interruption. Core tracking does not depend on an internet connection.
Banners appear on eligible browsing screens. No ads interrupt active or paused workouts or rest timers. After a successful save, an already-loaded completion ad may appear before the summary, at most once per UTC day; if it is unavailable, the summary opens immediately.
Onboarding collects experience, equipment, preferred days, session length and movement preferences. Age, height and weight are profile baselines, not lifting-load prescriptions.
Look back at completed workouts, logged personal records and dated body measurements. Change profile vitals and preferred units when needed.
Export records or create a password-encrypted backup through your chosen file provider. The app does not operate a cloud workout account for launch.
Exercise instructions and routines have not yet been professionally reviewed. Kinetic is not a medical device; consult a healthcare professional for medical advice. Muscle maps illustrate intended targets and prescribed-set emphasis; they do not measure muscle contraction.
